Here are a few of my personal tips below that will guide you on your naming journey: HONOR YOUR PAST: Enjoy finding ways to celebrate your baby's ethnicity, nationality, and/or religion through a cultural exploration of names. SOUND/LOOK: Think about how the name will sound when you or others call for your child. Does the name roll off the tongue and is it nice to hear, or does it sound harsh? Does it go well with your last name? How does the name look written or typed out?
Children and hippies are known for kicking off their shoes and running around barefoot. Could their free-spirited way of connecting with Mother Earth have health benefits, such as boosting immunity, regulating sleep, and reducing stress? The latest research suggests it just may be more than a boho trend.
Grounding, also known as earthing, is when humans make an electrical connection to the earth’s energies. The simplest form involves walking barefoot in the grass, dirt, or sand.
I believe we can all agree that 2020 has been a difficult year to consistently find ourselves in a place of gratitude. But I also believe in a time of challenge, positivity can ease our anxiety, our feelings of uncertainty, and angst. This is why more than ever, practicing daily gratitude is essential.
